個人簡介

重慶黔江人✯。加拿大渥太華大學訪問學者。2015年博士畢業於清華大學🎐,現任職於西南大學食品科學天辰🧾,從事農產品(果蔬)貯藏與加工領域的教學科研工作👩🏼‍🚒。

研究方向及課題

研究方向聚焦於世界新一輪科技革命背景下國家生鮮果蔬營養品質與物流保鮮等大健康領域的關鍵科學問題及產業問題。科研興趣包括📞:

果實品質(營養、生理活性和質地)在成熟和貯藏中的變化規律及生物學機製;

果蔬物流保鮮關鍵技術和裝備的研發。
