研究方向及課題

研究方向🚴🏽🥥:基因組與遺傳進化

1)應用生物信息學和組學大數據✥,挖掘家蠶重要經濟性狀的控製基因,並應用分子生物學手段研究這些基因的功能🥜,為家蠶的分子改良提供靶標;

2)通過比較基因組學🧑🏼‍🌾🔲、基因組操作等技術,鑒定農林害蟲的必須基因,為害蟲防控提供潛在分子靶標;

3)基因組重復序列、性染色體、蛋白編碼基因拷貝數變異等演化過程及對生物適應性、多樣性的貢獻🤴🏼🧙🏿。
